Stories of Glensheen Mansion: Congdon's Legacy, will be a special radio program, featuring recorded speakers and in-house interviews, that will contextualize the Glensheen Historic Estate and its important role in carrying forward Minnesota history.

Proposed Measurable Outcome(s)

KUMD will promote the weeklong special on-air and on social media.  The speical will also be promoted prominately on our website home page.

Measurable Outcome(s)
  • KUMD will air a weeklong series on the Glensheen Mansion and former legislator, Chester Congdon. 
  • Each day, the program will share new insight into the history of the Congdon family's estate.  
  • The total exposure should exceed 15,000 listeners, which will be available on line for future listening on the KUMD archive site.
