Children and families will enjoy a variety of arts and cultural programs and activities at our kick off events at every WCL branch where they will also have the opportunity to sign up for the summer reading program. Programs & activities will include: children's book characters meet and greet, craft programs, outdoor games, and music by the Teddy Bear Band.
