Participants will explore basic to advanced collage techniques using various transfer methods, relief printmaking, direct collage, drawing, and painting techniques. Students will bring photos, magazines, found objects, and other memorabilia from home to work with in class.

This workshop is an opportunity for participants to expand their understanding of two dimensional methods and explore multiple materials while enjoying the opportunity to work in a cross-disciplinary manner.

Measurable Outcome(s)

Students enjoyed the variety of options collage offers. They were pleased they had an individualized project to bring home. Teacher was very knowledgeable and offered many ideas to the class, some more challenging than others.
