Club Book FY2016
Literary audiences throughout the metro area have opportunities to meet and listen to their favorite authors whether they are interested in mysteries, memoir or a mix of everything.
A unique player in Minnesota’s literary events scene, Club Book brings dozens of bestselling and award-winning authors each year to libraries throughout the seven-county Twin Cities metropolitan area. Since its inception in 2010, the program has hosted over 140 events in 20 communities.
Club Book’s twelfth season – anchored by bestselling authors like Christina Baker Kline, J.A. Jance, and Jacquelyn Mitchard – was well-received. Attendees had the opportunity to meet and learn from well-known authors. Attendees regularly voice appreciation for the opportunity to see high-caliber authors in their own communities. Each Club Book event is recorded and included in the Club Book podcast series. Attendance numbers for the podcast continue to rise over time.
