Proposed Measurable Outcome(s)

Patrons will create a work of art and learn or develop an art technique.

Measurable Outcome(s)

ArtStart staff brought many 3-D objects and paint for participants to make 2+ cards to be dipped or painted in beeswax. One participant was upset that she couldn't do more, although some made 4+ cards. The beeswax is very expensive. Another participant felt it wasn't 'true' encaustic painting, which ArtStart said wouldn't work with a large group and how quickly the wax would dry.
