Spice & Slice of Asia celebrates May as Asian Pacific American Heritage Month. Presentations will highlight aspects of Asian culture, traditions and arts and will be suitable for audiences of all ages.

Patrons will be connected to art, books, stories and/or libraries. Asian culture will be experienced through creating or observing art, music dance, puppetry or bookmaking. Patrons will check out related library materials.

95% experienced Asian-American art, craft, music, dance, or theater. 88% learned something new about Asian-American culture. 49% planned to check out library materials on the topic after attending this program. 99% rated the quality of the program as good or better.
