Proposed Measurable Outcome(s)

School-aged kids and teens will work with a professional music educator to learn more about cultures and musical traditions.

Measurable Outcome(s)

Two of the kids want to start a blues band!
Presenter told kids this was the first time he had gotten past the basics and could include some of the frills of the Blues. The class was half full (10 kids out of 20 + 6 adults). Overall, it went well. Kids got to keep harmonicas, which was probably the main draw for attending the program. 19 kids, 9 adults stayed. Well done, the kids enjoyed their new harmonicas.
