Adult audience will learn to be more savvy consumers of wines, get a sense of the process of changing grape juice to wine, understand what is required to grow grapes, be introduced to different varieties of grapes and realize the family commitment to growing grapes locally.

Measurable Outcome(s)

Author was very knowledgeable on the process of wine making, from growing grapes to the final product. Those in attendance particularly enjoyed the Q&A that followed presentation.
