For Art of Memory: Patrons will have hands-on experience making art; patrons will learn something new about creating art; patrons will explore their personal histories; patrons will check out related
library materials; patrons will increase personal connection to the library. For Crafty Minnesota: Patrons will have an opportunity to learn a textile craft; patrons will learn more about textile craft practices or history; patrons will check out related library materials.

For Art for Life: 98% created art. 98% learned something new about art. 47% have or plan to check out related library materials. 100% rated the quality of the program as good or better. Selected comments: "I think this is a great thing to do. I met some new people and enjoyed creating with other people. This is an excellent use of library space and a way to promote books about different types of handcrafts." "Wonderful experience and has inspired me to try more projects on my own. Thank you." For Art of Memory: 80% created art. 93% learned something new about art. 93% explored their personal history or memories while creating art. 12% have or planned to check out library materials about art. 100% rated the quality of the program good or better.
