Project Overview
Travel around the world at this year’s Summer Festival to kickoff the Summer Reading Program! Artists from world cultures will be on hand to entertain, enlighten and educate. Mehndi Moments will be offering participants the opportunity to receive a Henna tattoo, traditional in Indian and the Middle East as a temporary way to decorate the skin for special occasions.
