Project Overview
In this beginning mosaic tile class, participants will learn the basics of mosaic tiling including; what materials to use, preparation, design, and application. Students will create a project by gluing materials on a wooden surface. There will be a demonstration on grouting and the finishing process.

Participants will learn the art medium of mosaic tiling. They will have a hands-on experience of designing and creating their own piece of art work using mosaic tiles.

Measurable Outcome(s)

Students were very appreciative of the examples instructor brought with to show what can easily be completed. Steps were concise and visual with clear instructions.
