Project Overview
Beatrice Ojakangas is the author of several cookbooks, including the seminal book on Scandinavian baking, "The Great Scandinavian Baking Book," which has been inducted into the James Beard Cookbook Hall of Fame. Ojakangas talked about her cookbook research process and what makes Scandinavian baking unique. She even served some pulla, a Scandinavian bread.
