The Oldenburg Brothers have performed regionally winning several awards. They performed in 2013 at the Minnesota State Fair with other yo-yo masters. They will perform and demonstrate the art of yo-yo, sharing their knowledge and love of this unique hobby. The brothers will teach basic skills and have participants attempt various tricks in this interactive program.

The audience will be entertained and will be provided the opportunity to learn basic yo-yo skills as well as be encouraged to learn more about this unique and challenging hobby from two up-and-coming performers. The audience will come away from this program with a greater appreciation of the art of yo-yo and hopefully will be inspired to read and learn more about this and other active pastime.

Measurable Outcome(s)

The audience was thrilled and amazed at the skill and showmanship of these two young men. Besides demonstrating extraordinary proficiency with yo-yos, the brothers also encouraged the participants to learn more about this unique hobby. The audience expressed very positive comments regarding the show and the Oldenburg brothers.
