Project Overview
As part of our Summer Reading Program, the Elmore Public Library, in conjunction with the Elmore Museum, will host the Minnesota Zoo's Zoomobile to promote intergenerational activities within our community and encourage a new and deeper appreciation for the natural world. During the 45 minute program, a naturalist will present several captivating animals and describe their important roles in nature.

It is hoped that 35 or more people attend this program, a ratio of 50-50 youth to adults attend the program, we see an increase library collection of items on animals by two items and we see an increase library circulation of material on animals by 25%.

Measurable Outcome(s)

The students who attended this event learned how reptiles spread seeds and the importance of taking care of our environment.
