Project Overview
Tori Cerma.. presented her pets to our audience where she educated us on each of her pets. We learned about the care and feeding of each one, their habits/habitats, as well as what changes any of them have to make to survive a Minn.esota winter. Vie were then allowed to pet and feed some of the animals.

Proposed Measurable Outcome(s)

The goal of this program was to expose children to different and sometimes unique pets found in Minnesota along with enhancing their knowledge of these animals.

Measurable Outcome(s)

Everyone that we spoke to learned something new about an animal that we call pets. Everyone agreed that the end where we were able to pet and feed the animals was the best! Some children learned the proper way to hold a rabbit. Some learned how to make friends with some of the animals by holding out their hands or moving slowly so as not to startle them. The children learned about senses also, hearing, smell, touch, and sight, for both themselves and the pets. For the older generation of attendees some of the pets brought back very enjoyable memories. Everyone had a good time.
