The Minnesota Historical Society will present “Minnesota’s Own: Preserving Our Grand Homes”. They will discuss twenty-two lovingly preserved homes from across the state and efforts to preserve unique and historical homes throughout Minnesota.

Proposed Measurable Outcome(s)

The audience will experience examples of homes that have historic and architectural significance in Minnesota and the work of the Minnesota Historical Society to save and preserve these unique residential properties. Program success will be based on anecdotal responses at the conclusion of the program.

Measurable Outcome(s)

The audience was entertained and learned new information about the historical homes throughout Minnesota and efforts to preserve this magnificent buildings. Based on comments from the participants, the Grand Homes presentation was very enjoyable and held their interest throughout the program.
