Project Overview
Mr. Twister used magic, humor, and balloons to excite children about reading. He used balloon animals and balloon hats to tell stories. He also encouraged the children to make a habit of using the library.

Many of the children checked out books and other materials because Mr. Twister made reading seem fun! Also, many of these same children signed up for the summer reading program.
