Robert and Lynn Halbrook will perform at the libraries with the theme “Willy Wonka’s Magical Chocolate Factory” which will include magic, music and fun. They always provide a quality program which engages children of all ages. This program emphasizes the books of Roald Dahl’s including “Charlie and the Chocolate Factory”. While their programs are entertaining and unique, they emphasize the joy of reading and the importance of life-long learning.

The audience will be entertained by magic and illusion while learning more about the life and writings of author Roald Dahl. They will be encouraged to learn more about magic, authors and be inspired to open their world up to reading.
Measurable Outcome(s)
The audience was entertained and enlightened by this new program presented by the Halbrooks. As always, the program emphasized reading through magic and family friendly comedy. Comments by participants exiting the program were all positive and many encouraged us to invite them again to the library.
