Proposed Measurable Outcome(s)

The presenters will provide a comprehensive and informative overview of creatures from around the world and will discuss how these creatures are part of and contribute to the ecologies of various regions. The audience will learn and be encouraged to expand their knowledge of these species. The program emphasizes growth and understanding of creatures and ecologists that are familiar and different than our own. Program success will be based on anecdotal responses at the conclusion of the program.

Measurable Outcome(s)

The audience got an opportunity to get up close to amphibians and reptiles, some familiar to audience members and others not common in this part of the world. Besides viewing and touching some of the creatures, the presenter shared his knowledge of these animals' habits and lifestyles. The response from the audience was very positive and they were appreciative that this program was available to Blue Earth County Fair goers.
