This highly interactive "impact assembly show" will demonstrate laws of chemistry in a fun and entertaining way. Jim Birkel will show how science can be dynamic and enjoyable. Mr. Birkel will show how common household items can be the basis for chemistry experiments in different, imaginative ways. Mr. Birkel has been providing educational programs for young people for 10 years.

Measurable Outcome(s)

The audiences in all three locations were amazed with experiments using everyday items while learning basic principles of science and chemistry. They were encouraged to learn more about the presentation they witnessed and stay curious to this incredible world. All attendees provided positive feedback about the program and the presenter and felt it was very worthwhile.
