Project Overview
What are some of the cool animals that can be found through out the state? Learn how these mammals have adapted to survive in their natural environment and some of the more interesting characteristics. Using furs from 14 different mammals gives a different perspective on how these animals survive. You will have a chance to test your knowledge by participating in a number of hands-on activities including “Guess the Critter.” Join Minnesota DNR’s Scott Kudelka on Tuesday, August 26th at 2pm, presenting ‘Wild About Wildlife’. Photography is a great way to take some memories home with you after a visit to a state park. Kids will get a chance to learn how to use a digital camera and receive ten tips on how to shoot better photos. To practice their new skills they will have a chance to shoot images of what they find interesting. Digital cameras are provided and the kids will be able to print one photo to take home. Join Minnesota DNR’s Scott Kudelka on Tuesday, August 26th at 7pm, presenting ‘Digital Nature Photography’.
